Thea Dudley has over 35 years of credit and collection management experience, developing effective shared services processes and assessing company’s back office needs to improve efficiencies. She is highly skilled in all areas of the credit and collections process, including negotiations and communication in the construction industry, working with manufacturers, dealers, general contractors and sub-contractors.

Thea writes a credit advice column for LBM Journal titled “Credit Q&A with Thea Dudley”, and hosts LBM Talks Credit. She is the author of Thea’s Mailbag in ProSales and is an in-demand speaker for industry organizations such as Insulation Contractors Association of America, Western States Roofing Contractors Association Expo, National Insulation Contractors Exchange, International Builders Show, International Roofing Expo, JLC live! Remodelers/JLC/Deckmasters, Guardian Building Products Trade Shows, National Assoc. Of Credit Managers and National Women in Roofing.

She also authored her first book, The Credit Overlord’s Guide to Credit & Collections.
