Creditor Remedies Available in Bankruptcy

Join us for our next Lunch & Learn session, offering professional education and a boxed lunch for just $30 per attendee! It also offers the opportunity for additional networking within the credit profession. If you are not able to attend in-person, NACM is offering a teleconference option as well for $20 per attendee!

Session Outline: Those who attended the Western Regional Credit Conference (WRCC) last October are familiar with Danial Pharris and his panel discussion on topics pertaining to creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and receivership issues. The presentation and resulting discussion was so engaging, there seemed more to review when the session’s time ran out. Dan is looking forward to answering questions and discussing issues of interest to you, on any topic pertaining to bankruptcy and receivership that you are interested in. There is no need to have attended WRCC in order to get the benefits of this program, everything discussed will be new!

About the presenter: Danial D. (Dan) Pharris chairs the Creditor’s Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group at the Seattle law firm of Lasher, Holzapfel, Sperry & Ebberson PLLC. For the past 34 years, Dan has represented creditors, creditor’s committees, trustees, and receivers in commercial business disputes, receivership and bankruptcy involving all industries. This includes cases in the state and federal courts involving contract disputes, preferences, fraudulent transfers, bankruptcy and receiverships in real estate, construction, equipment sales and leasing, agriculture and an asbestos case involving thousands of injury claims and multiple insurance carriers.
