Kyle Kern, CBA is the Sr. AR Analyst at Outdoor Research LLC, an active member of CFDD WAHIAK, and a current Board Director for NACM-BCS (Seattle). He got his B.S. in Economics and Public Policy & Administration from Western Oregon University, as well as completing the NACM CAP courses. In 2026 Kyle received the NACM National Emerging Leader Award during Credit Congress. He previously received the CFDD National Rising Star Award and a NACM National Podcast Influencer award in 2025.
Krissy Aeshbacher, CBA
Credit Analyst, Maverik Inc
Krissy Aeschbacher, CBA has over 20 years’ experience in customer service, planning, lending, collections, and business development. She joined Maverik on a fleet fuel card project and quickly became the credit management side expert, building the
policies and scorecards shaping the program for a successful launch. Krissy previously worked 13 years in the credit union industry as a lender, collector, and branch manager. And a previous 7 years supporting entrepreneurs in business development.
