Paul Krause has been the Manager of Collections at NACM Business Credit Services since 2003. In addition to his duties as the manager, Paul also has a reputation as the collection “trainer” to many collection managers and credit managers in the Northwest. Paul can answer your questions on how to collect more effectively and how best to handle excuses that may arise.
Mark Kirkorsky obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1982. He earned his J.D. from the California Western School of Law in 1985, and was admitted to practice in the states of Arizona and California that same year, and in 2014 was admitted to practice in Kansas. His practice areas initially focused on complex commercial real estate transactions, including financing and 1031 exchange transactions. In 2001, he began working in the area of commercial collections for several large food service, waste disposal and construction supply companies. From there, he formed an alliance with other experts in the area of collections and information technology to develop systems, technology, staffing and methods for a high volume collection practice which merges the best practices and benefits of a collection agency with that of a law firm to provide clients with a “one stop” approach to their collection needs. This approach grew into a law practice that handles both consumer and commercial collections on both a local and, in some cases, national level. Mark A. Kirkorsky, P.C. currently represents banks, credit unions, credit card issuers, and automobile finance companies on its consumer side, and also represents over 150 commercial clients primarily involved in the construction supply, large equipment rental, and fuel distribution industries.
Brian Mitteldorf serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Creditors Adjustment Bureau (CAB), a highly respected collection agency and law firm specializing in commercial debt collections, litigation, asset recovery and other receivable management solutions since 1954. He is responsible for setting the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and corporate objectives. Over the past decade, Brian has led CAB to extend its global reach, and his focus is on the continued expansion of global competencies to U.S. and international clients, providing leadership and innovation in account receivable solutions. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and joined CAB in 1989 to provide leadership in the sales and marketing arena. He assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 1992 and became President in 2000 and named CEO in 2014. He is an active panel member and presenter on the subjects of Commercial Collections, Credit Management and Financial Due Diligence. Brian is well-known and highly regarded for his expertise. Brian is married and has four children, which means he has little to no free time. However, when the stars align, he enjoys cigars, great wine, fine scotch, and golfing. Brian also volunteers his time serving the United Jewish Federation and the Jewish Home for the Aged.
