Paul can answer your questions on how to collect more effectively and how best to handle excuses that may arise.
Neal Gold is the Executive Vice President of Creditors Adjustment Bureau, a highly respected agency and law firm specializing in commercial debt collections, litigation and asset recovery. Neal has a track record of over 30 years providing companies with Receivables Management solutions to help increase cash flow and reduce bad debt and credit risk. He was a founding director of a National New York headquartered commercial collection agency and Corporate Vice President for two of the largest global Credit and Collection Management companies in the industry. Neal is a national speaker and trainer on the subject of Cash Flow Management, Corporate Communications and Relationship Management. He speaks at numerous functions for the National Association of Credit Management and provides seminars and workshops for Organizations, Associations and Companies throughout the United States.
Mark Kirkorsky obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1982. He earned his J.D. from the California Western School of Law in 1985, and was admitted to practice in the states of Arizona and California that same year, and in 2014 was admitted to practice in Kansas. His practice areas initially focused on complex commercial real estate transactions, including financing and 1031 exchange transactions. In 2001, he began working in the area of commercial collections for several large food service, waste disposal and construction supply companies. From there, he formed an alliance with other experts in the area of collections and information technology to develop systems, technology, staffing and methods for a high volume collection practice which merges the best practices and benefits of a collection agency with that of a law firm to provide clients with a “one stop” approach to their collection needs. This approach grew into a law practice that handles both consumer and commercial collections on both a local and, in some cases, national level. Mark A. Kirkorsky, P.C. currently represents banks, credit unions, credit card issuers, and automobile finance companies on its consumer side, and also represents over 150 commercial clients primarily involved in the construction supply, large equipment rental, and fuel distribution industries.
