Lead, mentor and empower 6 Team Members in all aspects of credit, collections and accounts receivable processes. Responsible for managing department functions, overseeing timely collection of monthly payments in accordance with Nevada State Liquor Law, dispute resolutions, negotiations of past due balances and or third party collections when necessary, reducing bad debt exposure. Work internally with other Breakthru Beverage Group houses sharing best practices in an effort to develop and implement uniform policies and procedures.
